United States Army Chicago Recruiting Battalion Soldiers serve the massive crowd making Army Dog tags for some of the tens of thousands of attendees to the Army Exhibit area at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show. Auto Show attendees waited in line for hours to get their personalized tags after filling out cards with USAREC Soldiers and ROTC personnel from the University of IL, Chicago and Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wis. USAREC more than doubled their amount of leads generated at the show from last year with 15,000 leads attained this year and over 130 appointments conducted at their recruiting booth in the Army exhibit area.
