Mr. Peter A. Smerick explains the four different types of rapes that can be committed based off the offender’s actions and victim’s story at the Education Center on Aug. 21. Smerick was the instructor for the class, which was designed to open up the thought process of military police and criminal investigators when dealing with sexual assaults. Smerick is a retired FBI Profiler with Academy Group Incorporated, the largest group of retired FBI Profilers.
