Sgt. Matthew B. Johnston, a Jacksonville, Florida, native, rappels down the tower at Camp Hansen Aug. 13 during a Helicopter Rope Suspension Techniques Course. The students learned approximately 14 knots used in rappelling, and upon completion of the course they are considered HRST masters.
