Maj. Michael Chou of the 3274th U.S. Army Hospital examines a patient at the free clinic set-up in Brinkley, Ark., July 25, 2014, during Arkansas Care. The Brinkley clinic was open to the public providing medical, dental and optical care to local and surrounding towns. The Soldiers of the 3274th USAH set up five other clinics from July 25 to Aug. 2, 2014, in East Arkansas, partnering with the Delta Regional Authority, in order to improve the health of the residents there.
