The Brinkley clinic was open to the public providing medical, dental and optical care to local and surrounding towns. The Soldiers of the 3274th USAH set up five other clinics from July 25 to Aug. 2, 2014, in East Arkansas, partnering with the Delta Regional Authority, in order to improve the health of the residents there.
