Brig. Gen. Mary E. Link, the deputy commanding general of the Army Reserve Medical Command, met British Army Reserve Maj. Susan E. Garland nurse, 335th Medical Evacuation Regiment, who worked triage at the free clinic in Earle, Arkansas, operated by the Fort Bragg, N.C., based 3274th US Army Hospital from July 25 to Aug. 2, 2014. Garland served with Americans once before at Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo.
