Col. Rod Faulk, commander of the 103rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command based in Des Moines, Iowa, presents Col. Alex Fink with the 649th Regional Support Group’s colors during a change of command ceremony at the Armed Forces Reserve Center. Fink, a Des Moines native, assumed command from outgoing interim commander Lt. Col. (P) Dominic Wibe of Cedar Rapids. Wibe, will take command of the 646th RSG in Madison, Wis., later this month.
