An U.S. Army Stryker, assigned to the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, offloads from a C-17 Globemaster III in support of Steadfast Javelin II in Latvia, Sept. 5, 2014. Steadfast Javelin II is a NATO exercise involving over 2,000 troops and takes place across Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
