National police officers assigned to the 1st Battalion, 8th NP Brigade, 2nd NP Division and Paratroopers assigned to 2nd Bn., 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, conduct a combined foot patrol in the city of Beladiyat, Feb. 27, in the 9 Nissan District of eastern Baghdad. Paratroopers and NP officers used the patrol to speak with local residents to build trust and confidence with the citizens.
