Day 2 of the 2014 Army Drill Sergeant of the Year Competition began with an evaluation on conducting Physical Readiness Training. Sgt. 1st Class Alex Montero, 98th Training Division (IET), U.S. Army Reserve, facilitates PRT while being evaluated by cadre from the U.S. Army Drill Sgt. School. Montero is one of two Drill Sergeants from the 108th Training Command (IET) competing for the title of 2014 Army Reserve Drill Sergeant of the Year.
