The 144th Fighter Wing, California Air National Guard, hosted its fourth Cities of Honor aircraft dedication Sept. 2 at the Fresno Air National Guard Base with honored guests Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin and Congressman Jim Costa from the 16th District.
