Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen walk past “The Wright Plane,” on campus here, Aug. 28. The replica bi-plane is a monument to the first human flight flown by the Wright Brothers in Kitty Hawk, N.C. in 1900. The ERAU NROTC unit, originally formed in 2003, has more than 130 midshipmen working toward becoming commissioned Naval officers this school year. (U.S. Navy photo by Scott A. Thornbloom/Released)
