After finishing day two with a grueling 10-mile ruck march, candidates at the 2014 Army Drill Sergeant of the Year competition held at the Drill Sergeant School on Fort Jackson, S.C., kicked off day 3 with a record APFT. Staff Sgt. Christopher Croslin, 95th Training Division (IET), and Sgt. 1st Class Alex Montero, 98th Training Division (IET), both representing the 108th Training Command (IET), are fighting for the title of Army Reserve Drill Sgt. of the Year.
