Joseph Gange, cyber analysts with the combined staff 6, responsible for information assurance, network monitoring and system analysis, navigate an area-of-operation map to locate the Land Command Component and Air Command Component during exercise Combined Endeavor 14 in Grafenwhor, Germany, Sept. 9. Combined Endeavor is the world's largest command, control, communication and computer (C4) systems exercise. More than 1,200 communications professionals from 31 NATO and Partnership of Peace countries along with European security partners are participating.
