Members of the Maldives National Defense Force Coast Guard meet with members of a visit, board, search and seizure team aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain. The Coast Guard members received emergency response training during their first time aboard a U.S. Navy ship. Lake Champlain is part of the Boxer Expeditionary Strike Group on a scheduled deployment to the Western Pacific in support of global maritime security.
