Soldiers from the 30th Specialist Troop Battalion conducts advance training on Protective Services Detail Training. This field training is mission specific and focuses on providing 360 degree protection for distinguish or high priority personnel. The Soldiers also learn how to move out of the "kill" zone as quickly as possible without causing any further damage or injuries to equipment and/or personnel. Soldiers from the 30th will be deploying to Iraq later on this year.
