First Sgt. Richard Robertson a native of New York, based out of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, gives each Kazakh soldier a high five after the completion of the outdoor exercises held Sept 24 at the Kazakhstan Army Military Institute, Ministry of Defense. The event was sponsored by the Third Army Civil Affairs team based out of Fort McPherson, Ga., south of Atlanta.
