Vice Adm. William Moran, Chief of Naval Personnel, is greeted by Seaman Recruit Justin Austin from Iuka, Miss., on the quarterdeck of the USS John F. Kennedy, a recruit barracks at Recruit Training Command (RTC). Moran visited Naval Station Great Lakes to tour facilities on base and to serve as the reviewing officer in a pass-in-review ceremony for graduating Sailors. Moran is wearing a prototype for the Navy's new warm-up suit to be authorized for wear with the physical training uniform at a later date. RTC Great Lakes trains approximately 37,000 volunteer civilian recruits annually, transforming them into basically trained Sailors. (U.S. Navy Photo by Brian Walsh/RELEASED).
