Seven-time NHRA top fuel drag car champion, Tony Schumacher, takes a break to greet a young fan at the 7th Annual Pep Boys Carolina Nationals held at the zMAX Dragway in Concord, N.C., Sept. 11 -14. Schumacher drives the U.S. Army top fuel dragster and also participates in the Army’s “Center of Influence” program which gives Soldiers the chance to speak with future Soldiers at the 24 NHRA events.
