Shane Skinner, who accepted the award on behalf of the South Dakota Army National Guard’s Forward Support Company, 153rd Engineer Battalion, during the annual Chief of Staff of the Army Combined Logistics Excellence Awards ceremony at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., Sept. 10, 2014. Thirty-six U.S. Army logistics units from 17 states were honored during the ceremony.
