U.S. Army Spc. Bryan Miller, 1st Battalion, 67th Armored Regiment, Fort Carson, Colo., provides security while visiting a Civil Service Corps site to check on the progress of training in Nimrud, Iraq, March 5, 2009. CSC is an Iraqi funded effort for an "on the job training" program to provide military-aged males trade skills, which will provide not only employment opportunities, but will also provide the community with services not readily available.
