Spc. Felix Valle Garcia, a rifleman with Troop C, 1st Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, leads a roleplayer acting as one of Valle Garcia’s squad members into a mock village during the urban operations event of the 2014 U.S. Army Europe Best Warrior Competition Soldiers from the 173rd Airborne Brigade supporting the 2014 U.S. Army Europe Best Warrior Competition in Grafenwoehr, Germany, Sept. 17. The annual contest is a weeklong event that pushes Soldiers to the limits of their physical stamina, bearing, knowledge, adaptability and technical and tactical skills. The best warriors are ready and resilient Soldiers who live the Army values and lead from the front. Winners in the Soldier and noncommissioned officer levels of the USAREUR competition will go on to compete at the Department of the Army level at Fort Lee, Va., Oct. 6-10. (Photo by Spc. Glenn M.
