Anisa Garcia, a Elizabeth, N.J., native, and physician assistant and commander of the 628th Forward Surgical Team during a patient check up at the Cooperative Health Engagement held in Sumber Waru Village, Situbundo, Indonesia, Sept. 15. The 628th Forward Surgical Team's participation in the CHE is in Support of Garuda Shield 2014, a bilateral, tactical military exercise sponsored by U.S. Army Pacific Command and hosted by the Indonesian Armed Forces.
