Retired Command Sgt. Maj. Bill Ryan (center), Company I, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division poses with members of the 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1ID Color Guard at the Remember Museum '39-'45 in Thimister-Clermont, Belgium, Sept. 15. While he was with the 16th Inf. Regt., Ryan was a part of the assault wave at Omaha Beach on D-Day, June 6, 1944.
