Schaller, a Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Course 1-15 C3 student from Marine Air Support Squadron (MASS) 3, Marine Air Control Group (MACG) 38, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), erects an OE-254 antenna used for communication on Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., Sept. 18, 2014. WTI is a seven week training event hosted by MAWTS-1 cadre. MAWTS-1 provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine Aviation Training and Readiness and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
