Reservists from the 446th Civil Engineer Squadron here, handle some cables to renovate one of the base's old chapels and convert it into an Environmental Education and Conference Center. Airmen from the 446th CES worked in tandem with JBLM Public Works and the 176th Engineers from the Washington National Guard to complete the project by the end of the year. (Northwest Guardian)
