The mission of Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School is to provide partner nation security forces with the highest level of riverine and littoral craft operations and maintenance technical training, while Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation focuses on providing professional education and training to eligible persons of the nations of the Western Hemisphere within the context of the democratic principles set forth in the Charter of the Organization of American States.
