Faysal Jasim Mohammad, deputy district council chairman, cuts the ceremonial ribbon to officially reopen the renovated Al-Moutasam Kindergarten March 3 in the Rusafa District of eastern Baghdad. District leaders, school officers, Iraqi security forces and paratroopers assigned to 5th Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment were in attendance to commemorate the school's renovation and reopening.
