Ugandan Peoples Defence Force members, U.S. Sailors and contracted officials stand by on a pier at the Entebbe Marine Base in Uganda, March 24, 2009. The marina was the primary base for diving craft being used in support of Ilyushin 76 aircraft search and recovery operations on Lake Victoria. Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and the government of Uganda coordinated the work of U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal technicians, deep-sea divers and sonar technicians to map and work within the aircraft's debris field.
