Information Systems Technician 1st Class Victor Voodre, assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE (ACB-1), participates in the annual Captain's Cup Ultimate Seabee competition as he turns over a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) tire five times as one of eight stages. The Ultimate Seabee event is one of 10 events that each of the four companies, Alfa, Bravo, Charlie and Head Quarters Company, compete against each other for points toward winning the battalion trophy and the Captain's Cup pennant for the company's guidon.
