The official party awaits the arrival of the incoming and outgoing commanding officers of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 during the Change of Command ceremony held June 22 on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The ceremony was the first for NMCB Eleven since its recommissioning. NMCB Eleven is currently on deployment throughout Europe, Southwest Asia, SOUTHCOM and Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
