    Chief Warrant Officer Glen Holder gives Petty Officer 1st Class Thomas Rickey instructions on fast rope and rappelling techniques from a 40-foot platform at Naval Special Warfare Center. Holder and Rickey are completing fast rope and rappel training as part of their expeditionary Warfare (EXW) qualifications. EXW training is a program for both active duty and reserve Sailors attached to commands that operate on the ground, which teaches Sailors how to support mobile forces. Training includes competency in maritime security; anti-terrorism/force protection and small arms qualifications.
