Commander, Naval Air Forces, Vice Adm.Thomas J. Kilcline Jr, his sister Mary Kilcline Novak and members of Capt. Vince Monroe's family cut the cake for the induction ceremony of the RA-5C Vigilante aircraft model into the Cold War Gallery of the National Museum of the U.S. Navy held at the Washington Navy Yard. Kilcline Jr's father, then-Cmdr. Thomas J. Kilcline Sr. was a pilot of the aircraft and commanding officer of RVAH-11, then-LCDR Vince Monroe served as RAN (Reconnaissance Attack Navigator), the model's paint scheme is derived from their aircraft.
