James Niemeier, from Evansville, Ind., chains an internally transportable vehicle to the flight deck before loading it onto an MH-53E Super Stallion, assigned to the Blackhawks of Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron (HM) 15, Det. 2, aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19).
