U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Jeffrey Geiser places a marker in the debris field of an Ilyushin 76 aircraft off the coast of Entebbe, Uganda, April 1, 2009. The aircraft crashed in Lake Victoria March 9, 2009. Geiser placed the marker in preparation for explosive ordnance disposal scuba divers as part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa mission to locate the aircraft's wreckage and retrieve information for the Ugandan government's investigation.
