Bernard Dunn, Center for Service Support Commanding Officer, center, prepare to cut the ceremonial ribbon to mark the opening of the Logistic Specialist "A" School at Naval Technical Training Center on board Naval Air Station Meridian, Miss., Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009. Students and staff from the LS school participated in the ceremony which combined the Navy's Storekeeper and Postal Clerk ratings.
