Cmdr. Troy Jackson, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Norfolk (SSN 714), explains shipboard life aboard the submarine to members of the Carter family and their band. The Carter Twins, currently on tour, were named the fastest rising new country act of 2009 by CMT. The country music stars, their family, and band members made a brief stop at Naval Station Norfolk to visit the submarine before continuing on with their concert tour.
