Petty Officer 1st Class José S. Pascual, a native of the Republic of the Philippines, paints the ceiling of a bus stop Sept. 27 in Santa Rita, Guam, as part of a volunteer project. The goal of the project was to repaint two bus stops to help beautify the local area.
