Sgt. Jason P. Osborne, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 26 Mobile Facilities Maintenance non-commissioned officer-in-charge, helps one of his Marines inspect a filter canister after being removed from a generator during routine maintenance. Osborne is not only tasked with performing the maintenance of the squadrons' generators and power supply equipment, he also has to teach the Marines working under him the basic components of power supply equipment and the maintenance procedures to keep them operating efficiently.
