During a non-combatant evacuation operation exercise aboard Naval Station Rota, Spain, Construction Electrician 2nd Class Aaron Hutnick, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 Detail Rota, uses a portable work station to register evacuees using driver's licenses, passports, or other ID cards. After registration, personnel are issued bar-coded bracelets. Detail Rota manned the Evacuation Control Center which is a mobile operations center that conducts processing, screening, and logistics associated with emergency evacuation of non-combatants.
