During the week-long visit, Isaacs and Deseignora taught cyber defense, risk assessment and risk management to provide the Albanians with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform assessments of their systems. New Jersey National Guard Airmen and Soldiers have been training their Albanian counterparts for more than 20 years as part the State Partnership Program between the state of New Jersey and the Republic of Albania.
