A-Troop 1-303rd Cavalry Squadron, 81st Brigade Combat Team, Washington Army National Guard, honored four of their Soldiers during a formation on Al Asad Airbase, Feb. 19. Staff Sgt. Louis Comitale received an Army Commendation Medal for his outstanding service to A Trp. as their supply sergeant during the mobilization process. Staff Sgt. Stafford Stubbs also received an Army Commendation Medal, for his service to A-Trp. as their training non-commissioned officer. Staff Sgt. Derick Sandifer received a certificate of achievement for winning a weight lifting championship on Al Asad Airbase. Cpl. Benjamin Jarrett received a certificate of achievement for obtaining an expert weapons qualification.
