Capt. Avraham Behar, commander of the newly instituted forward support company, Echo Company, [attached to the 425th Brigade Special Troops Battalion (Airborne)], 725th Brigade Support Battalion (Airborne),, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry, installs the company’s new guidon during the unit’s re-flagging ceremony Oct.1, 2014 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The unit, formally known as the Forward Support Company, 6th Engineer Battalion, 2nd Engineer Brigade, carried out the transition ceremony as part of U.S. Army Alaska’s force restructuring currently underway. Also participating in the ceremony is the company’s first sergeant, 1st Sgt. William Plachinski, and the 425th’s battalion commander, Lt. Col. Kevin Perera.
