Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 29, assigned to Naval Beach Unit (NBU) 7, transports equipment from the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) in preparation for an amphibious landing exercise during PHIBLEX15. PHIBLEX15 is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Germantown is part of the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
