Claudia Garcia, an engineer from Naval Sea Systems Command, leads educators in an engineering activity called the Bunny Copter during the Math and Science Educator Day of the 2014 Hispanic Engineering, Science and Technology Week held on the campus of the University of Texas-Pan American. The educational conference features events to promote science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education to people of all ages and backgrounds.
