U.S. service members man the rails aboard the joint high speed vessel USNS Choctaw County (JHSV 2) as the ship prepares to moore at Naval Station Mayport, Fl., Oct. 7, 2014. The Choctaw County was transporting Service members who participated in Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2014. SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
