Andrew Goodall, of the Rock Island, Ill., branch of the Army Corp of Engineers, in the red hat, points out possible trouble spots along the Red River flood dike to Staff Sgt. Chad Brooks, left and Spc. Abby Tracy, both of the 139th Brigade Support Battalion on March 28, Fargo, N.D. The Red River flood waters on the North Dakota - Minnesota border are at the highest level ever recorded in the Fargo and Moorhead, Minn., area. "We have completed 30 miles of clay dike in the last seven days," said Goodall as he inspects the flood barriers.
