Fire Controlman 1st Class David Santino hands Cmdr. Dennis Farrell, commanding officer, the bullet casings from the 21-gun salute fired during a memorial ceremony to honor victims of the Oct. 12, 2000, terrorist attack aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67).
