Soldiers with the 6th Iraqi Army Division prepare to treat wounds on a medical dummy constructed by Sgt. 1st Class Victor Orozco, Karkh Area Command liaison, 6th IA Div. Military Transition Team. The Fort Carson, Colo., native fitted the dummy with working limbs, a number of areas that bleed and a chest cavity that can be decompressed with a needle. The dummy can also be stabbed, allowing treatment of an impaled object.
