Retired Air Force Master Sgt. John Brice stopped by for a haircut during the Moon Township Express grand opening Oct. 21, 2014. Brice says he only trusts the barber at the Exchange to trim his hair. The barber shop is part of the 10,741-square-foot Express that also houses Military Clothing, an outdoor living section, electronics and Class Six facility with a walk-in cooler.
