Sgt. 1st Class Valerie Schermerhorn, theater operations retention NCO with Army Reserve Affairs, executes a back squat at the combined arms collective training facility (CACTF), Oct 12. Schermerhorn recently completed the CrossFit Level One Trainer course and plans on coaching and training fellow soldiers at the Camp Arifjan military CrossFit affiliate.
